I just want to add that I never even got past the query page at 
<http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi>. And, again, have 20 years 
as a high-end user, biz analyst, project manager/team leader. So I 
wonder how many folks with zero experience working on software projects 
are even able to get past the query before facing down the next 
completely intimidating page.
