Barbara, you have subscribed to a mailing list. To unsubscribe send an email to the address at the bottom of this email. You must send the email from the address you subscribed with. When you send it the server will send an email requesting confirmation that you wish to unsubscribe. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email (i believe all you need to do is reply to it). Then no more emails from this mailing list.
