[discuss] Advance Telecom Inc.

I thought I was sending money to OpenOffice.org but it turned out to be Advance 
Telecom, Inc. They took my PayPal payment and I got nothing.
I must ask if OpenOffice.org gets anything from Advance Telecom Inc.?
