Hello Developers,

I am a college instructor in the Eastern Arctic of Canada (Iqaluit, Nunavut).
I work in an education program that is trying to help save the Inuktitut
language (Inuit language). I have been introduced to OpenOffice and would like
to move away from Microsoft Office. The only thing holding our program back is
a free plug-in that helps us transliterate roman-orthography characters (a, b,
c, d, ...) to syllabics. It's a simple little plug-in called "Inuktitut
Utilities" (which can be downloaded at http://www.multedata.ca/p22.htm. This
plug-in is currently only available for Microsoft Word on PCs (not Macs).

My question is would you be able to point me in the direction of any
programmer/developer that would be interested in modifying/developing this
free-plug-in so it can work with OpenOffice? I would be interested in hiring
someone to do this.
