There are other implementations of JavaMail, e.g. ClassPath's one of http://www.gnu.org/software/classpathx/javamail/javamail.html But that's neither here nor there, I just wanted to get the ordering right. i.e. Sun didn't evilly rewrite the OOo python solution to be a SO JavaMail. The ordering was that the little python one came after the SO java one.
