For other newbies like me to CSS. If you're using FireFox as a lot of people do, and is recommended over IE for development, should you make a CSS change and it doesn't seem to "take", click FireFox's "Reload" button. For some reason FF doesn't re-read the CSS file all the time although it will always re-read teh html/PHP/whatever file. in fact, most of the times it doesn't pick up a CSS change right away. So it appears the change you made to a .CSS file didn't do anything. A Reload fixes that quickly.
