OpenOffice does not expose the whole document to voiceover because of
performance issues. just think of a thousand page writer document.
voiceover would not be able to handle it. that is why we expose the text
paragraph-wise. currently Apple is thinking about to implement this as
the standard behaviour for all voiceover applications.
