I do not know, but could I suggest you access the symantec or kaspersky
sites. Symantec allow you to do a virus scan of the whole computer
online. Kaspersky will allow you a 30 day trial. You can then try and
locate the problem.
Which virus scanner did it remove as this may help others avoid this
problem?
