Sorry if this is the wrong list. I been using open office for a while
now and love the power in this free tool. Among many small issues, I
have found one that is annoying enough that I felt the need to mention
it. I cannot navigate to a file hosted on our simple windows network
and double click on it to open the file. The office loading window pops
up, but then nothing happens. This happens for calc and writer files
that have been saved with MS Office extensions. I can open the
offending program and then navigate through it to open the file, but it
would sometimes be much more convenient to do it the first way.
Hope this gets some attention in a later release. Thanks for all the
hard work.
