What will be implemented is a solver for nonlinear programming. However we do not use Genetic Algorithms (since they are not really suited for this kind of problems) but several other Evolutionary Strategies (like Differential Evolution and Particle Swarm Optimization). Risc analysis is not yet planned (as far as I know ;-)).
