Came this utterance formulated by Dinesh Naskar to my mailbox:
We are using Open Office version 3 .1 but when we going to preview a
cal file then it shows first page(There are many sheet in a file) of
the sheet it not shows particular file which I want to print please
help.
If you wish to only print a portion of the file then select the area you
wish to print and from the print dialogue "Print Selection".
Also: when you define a Print Range (menu Format|Print Range|..) , that
is the only part of the spreadsheet that is printed. (Unless you use
"Print selection")
There can be print ranges on each sheet of the spreadsheet document.
