Your latest version of Open Office OOo_3.1.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_en-US .exe downloaded today really glitched up my HP Deskjet 6540 so it can't print envelopes from Vista. It can print the image of an envelope on a plain sheet of paper then printing the exact same file on an actual envelope causes the printer to halt, wait for the operator to manually push a button on the printer, then it leaves the envelope unprinted.
An earlier version of Open Office, 3.0.0 worked better than Microsoft Word on my XP machine using the same printer!!! Where can I download your better version since your newest version is not better? Thanks. Kirk Fraser
