The icons for selecting a new doc, spreadsheet are great & quick! But 'Create a new document' is slightly misleading, since opening a folder doesn't exactly 'create a new document. But it really isn't a problem at all! It may make the screen slightly more consistent if 'Create ...' is omitted.
