[discuss] List Management Commands

In looking at the various messages that come from list management when 
subscribing, unsubscribing, and the like, I found that essentially the 
same material was being included in nearly all of them (which, to a 
former programmer, raises all sorts of issues). Does anybody here know 
who to talk to about changes to these messages?
