Dear Sir/Madam, Is it possible to make the ODS format as self-tracking files (keeping history)? Considering that there's already a tracking system; why not have it globally enabled and save every change.
This would be very helpful for users that transfer files back and forth. - Manageable: Over-write the file instead of renaming. - Save space: Multiple versions of a single file (copy/paste) versus just saving the changes In addition, it would be a good idea to have "save version" button, which would place a bookmark to certain points of in the file history.
