Thanks Xiaohong, this looks very interesting. My key suggestion is to make
sure it is "embrace and replace":
- it can read PowerPoint organization charts.
- when saving Impress to Powerpoint it saves the organization chart in
the Microsoft format so it can be edited in Powerpoint.
This will ensure it will be the long term winner!

i am very happy to tell that two developers are concentrating on "Intelligent Group" which is similar with SmartArt(MS 2007 new feature). we call it-IG.
Uer could easily establish all kind of charts or diagram which depends on their request. certainly it will be interoperability with powerpoint fianlly.
