BTW, I have discovered a very interesting fact. This only happens with hyperlinks, where the reference is a number. As soon as a letter is added, then there is no problem. What is also interesting is that if you edit the hyperlink that is only numeric in Excel, the data entry point for the reference is blank and says something like: "<Selected Document>".
