Yes, that route also makes sense. If customers want ODF support, upgrading to OOo is a good option. That presents also some good marketing opportunities in the EU and other regions where ODF is encouraged or even required.

There was a question by Regina about what to do with the borked files that MSO SP2 produces. For importing such files, warning dialog about the origin and possible corrupt nature of the file might do it.
