The first place to look is http://templates.services.openoffice.org/ .
If you do not find what you need there check out the documentation at
http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/published . Follow the
links till you find the the "Working with Styles" and the "Working with
Templates" chapters.
If you can send me the requirements direct I will see if I can build you
a template that will do what you need. Do _not_ send the information
through the list.
Any other questions _do_ post them back to the list.
