Empty-string results (like ="") are not included in COUNTBLANK. That's
not wrong per se, and it's consistent with ISBLANK, but it can be a
problem because it's different from Excel. We have issue 65221 about
that, see http://openoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65221.
