The only problem is that you have to send the unsubscribe message from
the address you originally subscribed from. If you don't have access to
it you may be screwed. If that's the case try a message to the list
owner describing the problem.
Apparently in that case you could send a message with the subject
"unsubscribe discuss email"
(without the quotes, and with email the old address). This is reflected in
the above message in the
first mailto.
