Hi This is the 'discuss' list, for general discussion of topics involving OOo. If you want help and support, you should follow this link http://support.openoffice.org/ and subscribe to the Users Mail List. By the way, the file you attached was a very old OOo version 1 file and it seems to reference another spreadsheet which you did not attach, so it was very difficult to see what you mean. Also note that the figures in the second column are text, not numeric.
