The extension with padlocks are installed by default, whether you want
them or not. It doesn't seem possible to disable or delete them from the
Extension Manager, or even via the command line using sudo unopkg (which
used to work).

The only way I have found so far to delete them is physically deleting
them from the directory/file structure of your hard disk.

1) Stop OpenOffice.org completely, if you are on Mac, remove it from the
Dock, otherwise for Windows/Linux also stop the quickstarter (basically
make sure that no "soffice" services are running on the system).

2) In your file manager, navigate to the OpenOffice.org program
directory (on Mac this is by default the OpenOffice.org.app bundle).

3)Look for a directory called /share/extensions (on Mac, you have to use
the right mouse button click to select "Show Package Contents" on the
OpenOffice.org.app bundle in order to be able to drill down to folders
contained within).

4) Delete the extensions (which appear as sub-directories within the
/extensions directory) you do not want

5) Restart OOo.
