Technically, there is no "merger." Both users@ OO.o and discuss@ OO.o are expected to disappear.
The only counterpart offered for either on Apache OO.o is ooo-users@ incubator.apache.org. That is, there is no ooo-discuss@ incubator.apache.org being planned. Sorry, - Dennis E.
