NOX comes with some scripts ("start-test-vm" etc.) that can do this with
KVM. OpenFlowVMS (http://www.openflowswitch.org/wk/index.php/OpenFlowVMS)
is an outgrowth of those scripts, although it says on that page that
they only work with the OpenFlow reference implementation.
