From the cookbook's info(http://openvswitch.org/?page_id=146), making vms on
different host in the same vlan need to config the port of physical switch in
trunk mode. Is any other way to connect OVS on different host using ssh (just
as the VDE, another virtual switch on linux) or other ways, so that the trunk
configuration of physical switch is unnecessary？
