Hi,
I have problem adding tun0 to ovs.
The tun0 is an openvpn device:
tun0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
inet addr:10.8.0.10 P-t-P:10.8.0.9 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:4108 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:3738 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:345072 (336.9 KiB) TX bytes:327656 (319.9 KiB)
Then I add tun0 and eth1 to br0:
# ovs-vsctl add-port br0 tun0
# ovs-vsctl add-port br0 eth1
The interfaces could be listed:
# ovs-vsctl list-ifaces br0
eth1
tun0
But seems not realiy connected to the bridge, and br0 could not receive any
packets from tun0:
# ovs-dpctl show br0
system@dp0:
flows: cur:0, soft-max:1024, hard-max:1048576
ports: cur:2, max:1024
groups: max:16
lookups: frags:0, hit:1494911, missed:487812, lost:0
queues: max-miss:100, max-action:100
port 0: br0 (internal)
port 1: eth1
So how could I add the vpn port to ovs? Is it like normal eth device or need
special configuration?
Thanks!
Regards,
Yue ZHANG
