Open vSwitch implements a very small subset of the 802.1ag specification. In a more sophisticated implementation, one would be able to set the maintenance domain of the CFM module thus achieving the separation you want. Unfortunately, Open vSwitch chooses it's own maintenance domain which cannot be changed by the user.
In Open vSwitch 1.4 you can configure the CFM module to send packets on a specific VLAN, however it will accept packets from any VLAN. That may or may not be helpful to you.
