I don't see an obvious problem with your configuration, so the thing
to do is to start running tcpdump at each hop along the way, looking
for DHCP request and reply packets to see where along the way they
fail to appear.  (You didn't actually mention DHCP so I'm just
guessing that's what you're using.)
