Hello,
I have some questions about the Open vSwitch. I use the Open vSwitch as
an openflow switch and the floodlight as controller. Now I have added
some interfaces and everything works fine.
Now I want to throttle the bandwidth of some ports to 10Mbit. Is this
possible with the config of the Open vSwitch?
The next problem I have is that I want to get some information, for
example the max bandwidth of the ports, from the Open vSwitch and I want
use SNMP to get this information and need this information in the
controller. If I use a normal SNMP daemon, I will need a mapping from
interfaces to the ports and this is not what I want.
For example I want to have some information of port 2 of the switch.
For this I have to know which interface is the port 2. Is there any
other possibility to integrate SNMP directly to the Open vSwitch?
