I'm using version, 1.7.1, I noticed there's a more recent version
1.7.3, haven't updated yet, maybe that will help.

I ended up using the uuid manually to each entry.
I think you must be doing something wrong. There's a unit test that
verifies that "--all destroy" works, so we would know about it if it
simply didn't work.
You didn't mention what version of OVS you're using.
I don't know anything about a "QoS Tutorial" either.
