Great! I will start testing network supported by OVS from right again
(maybe more luck this time)
NEWS blob is same...but before yesteday there where stated 1.10 version as
well and now it end on post-1.9. Ok, whatever, it's not problem.

One small question:
Is it safe to download latest 1.9 release from git, or it contains unsafe
code for further 1.9 minor releases ?
(so only provided tarball in announcement is safe)
