Running on the f3571d14dd1af324e75c3869f62abe96d71378e2, start of the
second controller stops all forwarding through *ovsbr0*. Single
controller configuration(even if two are mentioned) and branch-2.0 with
two connected controllers running just well. Looking for quick
confirmation from devs, or I`ll dig this down. Topo follows:
