Is ovs-vswitchd running?
ovs-vsctl waits for confirmation that the change has occurred. If you
don't want ovs-vsctl to do that, you can run it with "--no-wait".

ovs-vsctl
seems to stall and never return while adding bridges and ports. I have
to manually terminate the command using Ctrl+c. The bridges are however
created. This issue does not occur on all systems however.
Is there any workaround for this issue. Is there anything that
I can do to avoid this. Thank you, Ageeleshwar K
