Hey Saloni,

I could build with DPDK on current master, following INSTALL.DPDK.

Could you make sure you updated the `config/common_linuxapp` and
set `CONFIG_RTE_BUILD_COMBINE_LIBS=y` (listed in step 2 in
INSTALL.DPDK)?

If you missed this step, you will have the `cannot link with dpdk` error,
