I believe you reported the following:
1. An OpenFlow switch should report an OFPGMFC_INVALID_GROUP
error in response to an "add-group" message with an invalid
group_id.
2. OVS does not report such an error.
However, as I said, OVS does report such an error in my testing, so I
cannot reproduce the problem.
