I don't totally understand this part. Does this mean that the packet grows by 501 bytes in this situation? I guess that this can't be the case, so you probably mean that the receiving VMs MTU was lowered, which wouldn't really matter in this case since it isn't generating the packets and they aren't getting there either. Is that correct?
