"Openflow" support or not, the eSwitch in the mellanox NICs still has very
limited support for match and action.  Openflow  just specifies how you
*configure* the NIC, not what it is capable of.  Most modern server NIC
chipsets support similar functionality, if not via Openflow (ethtool,
PF_RING, etc. can configure the on-chip tables in Intel NICs, for example).
