In the paper "The design and implementation of ovs" in section 5.4 prefix tracking, there is one parameter "n_rules" number of rules in the node. What are the rules that a node can hold with respect to prefix tracking? Initially will "plens" parameter be a string of 32 zeros (assuming ipv address as value)? why n_rules parameter leads to an update to plens[i-1]? If possible, Please explain the pseudo code taking value as 10.1.3.2 as value .
