I am not familiar with the errors that you see below. I have a vagrant that
spins up two Ubuntu VMs, installs consul, installs docker, installs OVN and
has a few test cases for basic connectivity. I have tested that it works
with latest Docker (1.12). I have tested the vagrant on a mac (it is known
to work on WIndows too, but I haven't personally tested it).

You need to:
git clone https://github.com/shettyg/ovn-docker/
cd ovn-docker/vagrant_overlay
vagrant up

and then read:
https://github.com/shettyg/ovn-docker/blob/master/vagrant_overlay/Readme.md
