   A few more tweaks to performance:
   
   - inline the petri css
   - move the third party css to the head since our inline css is mostly some 
overrides.
   
   A few teaks to improve accessibility:
   
   - Font weight to 500 on A tags (from 400)
   - Slightly darker blues on A tags, Top Nav, and Petri logo svg.
   
   Here are the new scores:
