Hello,

I'm looking for any references to studies which suggest that expert
programmers vary in their program comprehension strategies. I'd like
to argue against a unique model of expert comprehension and say that
experts use different (possibly idiosyncratic?) approaches for
understanding programs.

I haven't had much luck so far: does this ring any bells with anyone,
or have I conveniently imagined it?!

Thanks for any help,
Judith
