Hello Janice, hello PPIGers,

I like that question.

Here are my personal suggestions (one penny each):

1. How can I detect when I am about to make a mistake?
(For many of them it is possible in principle.)

2. How can I overcome cognitive biases when trying to detect
defects (in particular: omissions) in an artefact?

These questions are very general and fundamental, quite important in
practice, and contain a lot of psychology.
