PPIG discuss: Looking for info about concurrency

Hi

I'm looking for info about how users (read non-programmers) experience
the use of concurrency in a programming environment/language.

I've found very little info about this (for example the Natural
Programming Project) but mostly it's only mentioned in passing.

If you know of any such studies/papers I would appriciate if you could
send me a pointer to where I could find them.
