Hi everyone, Has anyone seen (or done) any recent studies on team roles? I have a student who would like to do this. She is thinking of using the Myers-Briggs test to compare each student's profile with the role he or she plays on a system development team, the satisfaction he or she has with the experience, etc. It should be particularly interesting because the teams are composed of both computer science students and management students. We also looked into Belbin team roles but there appears to be a fee for the analysis of that test, while our university will analyze each Myers-Briggs test for only 3 dollars. Does anyone have any other ideas?
