Aaaargh, I haven't had time to read this thread and just caught this, so
I am only guessing that the next comment is relevant....
I have 85% of a paper written asking the question why people look at the
psychology of programming. I keep meaning to finish it for a PPIG but
haven't yet, but people are welcome to read it if they want and then
snigger contemptuously up their sleeves.
