Reg. HTTP headers see my other mail, but for query parameters you can
still use
call.getResourceRef().getQuery()
or
Form form = call.getInputAsForm(); // The method name is
// missleading, it works
// for the query part
// as well
without the need to convert it into a connector-specific call.
