Very similar to the latitude and longitude examples for the geo
service in RWS.
However, if I tally a vote of all the opinions received,
the "en/de" pattern is clearly winning. My goal is to use
whatever form is the most intuitive to the broadest range of
people, so I very likely may change it.
I'd have to say I favour the ordered-pair over the hierarchy. To me
"en/de" implies a resource at "en" as well as a parent-child relationship.
