what a nice post! Thanks a lot for your positive interest in the Restlet
framework.
I'm not sure all your requests will be satisfied (I'm talking about
sessions ;-) ), but we are, at least, completing the documentation
which becomes, as you say, a more and more critical issue.

It's rather primitive, but parhaps it can be interesting for the community since
it's "before" and "after" moving a site to Restlets, and still not much
available on this.
