The Wiki will facilitate external contributions. Only a simple online
registration will be needed with a one-click JCA agreement page. 

In the end, we hope to have many more doc authors than developers on the
source code.

+1. They should also be able to directly contribute to the main
documentation to update the examples, etc.

+1. We should add a Set-up chapter for common environments: Maven, Eclipse,
Netbeans, IntelliJ, Ant, etc.
